My child is a goofball

How on earth did I birth a child that is so goofy? I am NEVER goofy, so I'm not quite sure where she got that gene from:) I came into my bedroom after washing the dinner dishes and found her all snuggled up in the laundry basket - yes, the laundry basket. At least she does have her pajamas on:):)

OOHH - And check out this beautiful baby:):) Introducing Miss River Elise - born this morning at 2:00 am. My brother, Ian, is on R&R from Iraq for two weeks. Tracy picked him up at the airport at 10:00 pm last night and just four hours later River arrived! I am so glad that Ian made it in time.

But what a sweet and pretty goofball! :D
What a cute little baby. And how sweet she timed it perfectly for her daddy. Awww.

I'd love to cozy up in a basket. That seems like a lovely way to watch TV.
Amazing timing Baby girl has. That is sure to be a handy trait.

Beautiful name too! I am so happy your brother made it home in time. I just cannot imagine the joy of seeing his child being born, and dealing with all the craziness of the war. Yay for babies! Yay for peace!

Ha, that's cute! My little one likes to climb into them too, but she is only 1 1/2! I love the name River! And her and her daddy look so sweet. Congrats Aunty!

I would like to take this opportunity to hijack my sister's post and spam you all with my photo page - http://www.flickr.com/photos/iamian_/ - LOTS of babyness - you have been warned :]

Also, Raden enjoys cuddling up inside of boxes and baskets and such things. Congenital love of kitties, no doubt :]
